Emma's 1st Time Doing Indoor Soccer

Emma was excited to be on an indoor

 soccer team for the summer.

She was asked to join a few girls from 

different outdoor teams.

She had fun meeting new girls and trying new positions

on the field.

She was able to play more defensive positions like

Center Half-back.

The Championship games made for a really

long Saturday.

With the heat from the summer and

2 games that day, Emma was exhausted.

Summer Indoor Soccer for Emma

Emma and some team mates joined

up with other girls from the

 Forney Soccer teams and

 made a summer team.

They played at an indoor sports complex

in Rockwall and called themselves FUSION.

This was Emma's first time playing mid-field for most

of the game.

It was a new thing to run most of the field and 

to be the power kicker.

With her height and strength Emma was 

a hard defender to beat.

Summer Basketball Camp

Sydney beefed up her basketball skills

by participating in a summer camp

at North Forney High School.

The varsity coach and a few high school helpers

put on a great camp for the girls.

Sydney really improved on her ball handling skills

and shooting skills.
